Fitness StatementMy goal is to run 6 days each week with one day rest (core work). I try to run a different course with different shoes each morning with a different purpose in this sequence: rest, hard tempo, easy, hard intervals, easy, long, then medium long (on tired legs). Ultimate goal is to get under 3 hour marathon and break 40minutes in 10K.

San Francisco Marathon

Ran with 3:15 pacer and was 8 seconds lower than last year.

Felt strong throughout but need practice on the hills.

Medium - Sugar Run

Warm run at aerobic pace in the heat.
Took on Chomp per 3 miles then hit a wall at mile 12.

Had break open emergency Honey Stinger Gu, as vision blurry from heat and low sugar.

Finished run strong afterwards.
