Did the 8k double today in sjb always a great time! Thanks bob and all volunteers! For a great run in my hometown 1st in age !! 8 overall last race of the year for me ! See you next year!
Track tuesday ,speed work 7:40 pãce
Looks like you are getting in some good speed work. Best way to run faster in races!
Thanks Bob I'm trying lol ... 5 miler on lg creek trail ...with a kick last mile 7:33 pace
I think this sort of training is easier on the body and produces results. Short runs between one mile and six. Then push the last mile or so. Working for me! Love the Los Gatos Trail.
I agree bob I'll trickle in a long run here and there , but the short runs are exactly whatsproducing results . Thanks for the advice. I'm always on lg trail sat mornings
The sjb was awesome it was my best performance to date ! Loved it! And it was in my hometown. Everyone i talked to that day were friendly!!
Glad you enjoyed our San Juan Double. You ran well. .
